I guess bright colours are gunna be the thing for him and you well the best colour of all PINK!
Try watching the aqua barbie girl video on you-tube for make up idea's! He must look plastic so try light reflecting foundation! I believe MAC cosmetics had a barbie girl collection out not long ago so i would go searching for some on eBay.
