Need advice on how to ask a guy out--been single for about 2 years-we work together !?

Is is okay to do the asking if he is shy and I am not? We work together and I am a very outgoing person were he is more of an introvert. I like him a lot but really need to know if he feels the same--which I am pretty sure he does. I don't want to wait forever to find out but at the same time don't want to embaress him or myself just in case I am wrong!Need advice on how to ask a guy out--been single for about 2 years-we work together !?
Lot's of people prefer to not date co-workers. That being said, ask him for a drink after work. Shy guys love to be asked out. Keep it light so he doesn't feel trapped. Maybe get a group together every week and then slowly drop it down to just the 2 of you.Need advice on how to ask a guy out--been single for about 2 years-we work together !?
well if you dont want the embarrassment, ask him while you two are alone, maybe in an elevator or something.
if you have a common friend close to both of you , i think it would be better if he or she start such a connection between you because if he refused or something it will be very hard for both of you facing each other
just ask him to do something as friends to get him away from work , and then see where it goes he might be feeling the same way as you , i mean he may want to ask you too but is afraid of you rejecting him. so just ask him to something as friends and see what happens.
Ask him if he would like to join you for happy hour- Friday after work!

You can ask him then after a few drinks.
Simply send him an e-mail or a card or something inviting him out to have coffee or a drink and friendly conversation...what could it hurt...once you are out together, you should be able to read the signals and find out if he wants to get closer to you...
just act yourself and ask him out to a simple place like ask him out for coffee and if that works out then it should move on from there
