Ok i need advice in how i can stop this.It seems that when i sleep, i wake up after but yet im not able to...?

...move my body or get up. The only thing i can move is my eyes, it feels as if im being pushed down into my bed and not able to get up.I headr this term is sleeping paralysis. What are the dangers of this, causes and how can i make it stop.Please HELP!!!Ok i need advice in how i can stop this.It seems that when i sleep, i wake up after but yet im not able to...?

I agree with you, I think you to have sleep paralysis. Dont worry there is no physical damage to your body it is actualy quite naturaly for someone to go threw this. Though it may cause mental damages, some people have been so scared due to this that they recieve higher anxiety, paranoia, manic depressrion disorder. All of these things are due to the lack of knowledge, if you know what is going on than you also know that there is no real danger.





Also you cant really make this stop. But there are a few ways to prevent this from happening. One is while you sleep your brain gives off chemicals that prevent your body from moving to much while you sleep. sometimes you wake you, but these chemicals continue to keep you from moving, your dreams usualy play out in front of you (called hallucination), and it there for causes sleep paralysis. This chemical has to do with the spinal cord, so try not to sleep on your back, I dont completely understand this but because of center gravity, dont put your hand on your chest or over your heart while you sleep.





Sometimes you cant prevent and if that is the case, and you wake up and find yourselve paralysed, just calm down and dont worry. Close your eyes and try to go to sleep, ignore the noise and possible hallucinations. Keep reminding yourselve that it is not real and it will be over soon. also if you try to focus on moving your pinky, it will pull you out of paralysis a lot faster.
